Nonnie's Nest is a Wonderful, Walk In unit on Pointe Royale's popular Wimbledon Drive. Take a short walk down to Lake Taneycomo where you will find a sandy playground, grills and picnic tables. Fishing is allowed, just be sure to follow the posted rules. Take a short walk up to the club house for workouts, golf, indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, hot tub, dining, tennis, pickle ball and more. Outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. There's so much to do!
NN is spacious with separate kitchen nook and dining area....even has a breakfast bar. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee with a view of the bluff! Kids can enjoy the open green space with a fun hill and trees.
Each bedroom has a king size bed, tv and walk in closet. The master's private bathroom has a walk-in shower and dressing area. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Each bathroom has toiletries and hair dryer for your convenience.
The kitchen has new Whirlpool appliances. The unit has new Whirlpool washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided.
NN is a great retreat to rest between your Branson adventures.

Grandpa's Getaway is located in the beautiful, gated community of Pointe Royale. Pointe Royale boasts a championship 18 hole golf course, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, lake access to Taneycomo, bar & grill and more.
The condo was totally remodeled in 2022 for our guests' comfort. Almost everything is new! However, there's an antique writing desk and a grandfather clock that make Grandpa's Getaway truly special! The patio is the perfect spot to watch golfers play the 10th hole. The patio gets sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon and evening.
The clubhouse, pools, tennis, hot tub and other activities are just a short walk away. The Tiki bar opens in the summer for thirsty and hungry guests enjoying the large outdoor pool. Fly fishing, playground, grills and picnic tables are at the bottom of Wimbledon Drive.
Pointe Royale is perfect place to retreat while enjoying Branson's treasures. Branson's Silver Dollar City, Dolly's Stampede and Shepard of the Hills are just a few of the many attractions.

We live in Fort Smith, AR and visit Branson often. We bought our first condo, Nonnie's Nest, in Pointe Royale in November 2019. We fell in love with the beauty and serenity of Pointe Royale at first sight. Grandpa's Getaway is our second condo and we fully renovated it in 2022.

Grandpa's getaway is located in Pointe Royale which is a beautiful, gated golf community. It is far enough from the hustle and bustle of Branson to enjoy the serene setting, yet close enough to enjoy all of Branson's treasures. Our condo has a private entrance and patio. Parking and laundry are free. There are no hidden charges. Pointe Royale offers a bar and grill with delicious food at a reasonable price. We highly recommend the bar and grill located in the bottom level of the club house. During the summer, the grill opens a fun Tiki bar near the pool with quick food and cold drinks and treats!

This property is located down 8 stairs and has a panoramic view of the 10th fairway. The patio is sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon and evening. You can hear the water feature near the 10th hole while enjoying the patio view. It's a great place to experience Branson with resort amenities. The lake is located at the end of Wimbledon Drive with a playground, grills and picnic tables. My family likes to take kayaks down Lake Taneycomo, golf and swim and enjoy Branson. We hope to learn how to fly fish to catch trout.
